Saudi Arabia Ruler Abdulaziz, Undergoes Successful Surgery
A successful surgery operation was conducted on Saudi Arabia’s Ruler, King Salman bin Abdulaziz(84), for the removal of gallbladder.
Saudi Press Agency(SPA) tweeted about this on Thursday.

Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery is a medical operation that removes the gallbladder and gallstones through incisions in the abdomen.
Gallstones are hardened deposits of digestive fluid.
Reuters reports that the King was admitted in the hospital last week.
“The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques performed laparoscopic surgery to remove the gallbladder at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and, thank God, it was a success,” the agency stated.

“The King would have some time off, to rest and to be attended to my health officials.
“He will spend – may God protect him some time in the hospital according to the treatment plan recommended by the medical team, ” the agency tweeted on Thursday.
The king has ruled the kingdom since 2015.
