The senator, who lost his governorship bid to the candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Gboyega Isiaka Oyetola, is being accused of impersonating students of Ojo-aron community grammar school by sitting as internal candidate in the 2017 National Examination Council Examination (NECO) in Osun.

Arraigned alongside Adeleke are the principal of the school and four others.

Justice I.E Ekwo of the said court however granted the senator bail on self recognition while he was asked to submit his international passport to the court’s registrar.
