Six Infected As Monkeypox Hits Delta State

The Delta State Commissioner for Health, Dr. Nicholas Azinge has revealed that the viral epidemic, Monkeypox has hit the state.

The commissioner put the number of suspected cases of the disease at 6.

He however revealed that three of the suspected cases have been treated and discharged while two of the cases are still being treated at the Federal Medical Centre in Asaba, the state capital.
