Stop Exchanging Insults, Focus On Solution, Murray-Bruce Tells APC

In a series of tweets on his official Twitter handle, Murray-Bruce said both parties should desist from criticising each other over national problems, thereby ignoring the solution.

The senator who said that government is a demonstration of power, not talk, added that by constantly reacting to accusations, the APC was leaving the business of governance to the opposition.

He said, “Both the PDP and the APC should stop the blame game. Don’t blame your opponent. Name your solution or die a natural death.

“Instead of both parties pointing accusing fingers at each other, let them point to solutions to lead us out of our economic mess where $1 now equals N260. If one has no shame, the other has no solution. The economy is dying while they exchange insults. Grow up! Nigeria is greater than parties.”

“A government shouldn’t be reactive. Government is a demonstration of power, not talk. Otherwise, you would be in government and be governed by the opposition. If we weren’t busy finding fault, we could get solutions with the same intellect it takes to make ingenious excuses for failure.”
