2019: Save Your Bullets For ‘Clueless’ Buhari, Omokri Urges Feuding Opposition Politicians

Reno Omokri, Amazon bestselling author, has advised feuding opposition parties and politicians in the country to save their bullets for President Muhsmmadu Buhari ahead of the 2019 presidential poll.

Omokri, who is an aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, said this amidst claims that President Buhari and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have allegedly connived with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to register under-aged voters in their strongholds.

The former presidential aide wrote on his Facebook: “President Buhari and the APC are allegedly registering tonnes of underaged voters in their stronghold allegedly in cahoots with INEC.

“I appeal to the opposition, especially PDP, don’t shoot your bullets at any PDP aspirant at state or national levels. Save it for APC and Buhari.

“We must think strategically, not emotionally or impulsively. We have a common opponent. Any bullets we fire at our own likely aspirants only strengthens the hand of clueless Buhari.

“My greatest ambition is to democratically unseat Buhari in 2019. We don’t control INEC. We don’t control the military. We must therefore unite against him.”

Omokri’s advisory is coming about 24 hours after he and former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, engaged in a war of words on Twitter over ex-Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s recent comment on branding “killer” herdsmen as Fulani.
