Adams Oshiomhole Sworn In As APC National Chairman

Former Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, has been sworn in as the new National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday.

Oshiomhole’s swearing in comes on the heels of his emergence as APC’s new Chairman at the party’s national convention that held on Saturday.

The onetime President of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) had contested the national championship seat unopposed.

Oshiomhole, who takes the baton from Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, was sworn in at the Eagle Square in Abuja where the convention held.

The former governor commenced duty immediately as he inaugurated other members of the National Working Committee (NWC) who were elected at the convention.

The Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malawi, swore in Mai Mala Buni as the returning National Secretary of the party.
