A day after his companies went under receivership by the Asset Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON), Senator Ben Bruces’ Rhythm FM and Silverbird television have resumed operation after a “break in transmission”.

The stations stopped transmission after their premises were sealed off by the AMCON in Abuja, Lagos and Port Harcourt.

AMCON had obtained court order over default in loan obligations to Union Bank Plc in the region of N11 billion.
