In a clear case of judicial summersault, a Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the freezing of the $5.9 million account belonging to former First Lady, Mrs. Patience bJonathan Barely 24 hours after the Appeal Court had upheld the decision of a lower court unfreezing her accounts.
Justice Mojisola Olatoregun gave the order on a new exparte brought by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), seeking for forfeiture of the money to the Federal Government (FG).
