BREAKING: Chelsea Are English Premier League Champions

Antonio Conte’s side defeated West Bromwich Albion 1-0 on Friday night to claim a second EPL trophy in three seasons.

Substitute Michy Bashuayi scored the winner in the 83rd minute to cause wild celebrations among Chelsea fans at the Hawthorns.

The Blues now have 87 points, 10 above second placed Tottenham, who host Manchester United on Sunday.

Chelsea have two more games in the league, against relegated Sunderland and Middlesbrough, both at Stamford Bridge.
