BREAKING: Court Gives Conflicting Judgement, Orders DSS To Keep Ifeanyi Ubah In Detention
A Federal High Court in Abuja has issued a conflicting order on the detention of the Chief Executive Officer of Capital Oil and Gas Ltd, Ifeanyi Ubah.
The order came few minutes after a Federal High Court in Lagos ordered the Department of State Service, DSS to release embattled Ubah within 48 hours.
But the Abuja court in its judgement ordered that the DSS keep the oil magnate in its custody for another 14 days.

Ubah’s detention was extended following an ex-parte application the DSS filed through its lawyer Mr. G.O.A. Agbadua.
The agency said it filed the application considering that an earlier order the court granted it on May 10, elapsed on Wednesday.
