The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, was on Tuesday granted bail stiff conditions by Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court Abuja.
The Federal Government had arraigned the Biafran advocate for alleged treason.
Justice Nyako, who gave the order said it was to allow Mr. Kanu attend to his ailing health condition.

She however ordered that Kanu is to produce three sureties with N100 million each, not expected to be among a crowd of not more than 10 people.
“No interviews and no rallies,” said Mrs. Nyako.
