Breaking: Court Orders Temporary Forfeiture Of Diezani’s Assets

A Federal High Court Sitting in Lagos has ordered the interim forfeiture of an estate in Banana Island, Lagos belonging to former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke.

The court in a ruling on Wednesday, also ordered the forfeiture of the sum of 37.5m US dollars.

The sum was alleged to have been fraudulently siphoned by Mrs Madueke while she was in office.
