Breaking: Release Ifeanyi Ubah Within 48 Hours, Court Orders DSS
A Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, on Thursday morning, ordered the Department of State Service, DSS, to release the Managing Director of Capital Oil and Gas, Dr Ifeanyi Ubah, from its custody within 48 hours.
Ubah was arrested by the DSS for allegedly diverting about 80 million litres of Premium Motor Spirit, commonly called petrol, which was kept in his custody by the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC.

Trial judge, Justice Mohammed in a 100 page judgment, ordered the DSS to release Ubah, if it fails to file a charge against him.
