Breaking: Supreme Court Upholds Nyesom Wike’s Election As Rivers Governor

In a unanimous judgment by a seven (7) man panel of justices led by Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, the Supreme Court has set aside the judgement of an Appeal Court which nulllified the election of Barr. Nyesom Wike in the April 11, 2015 Governorship election, while affirming his elction as the duly elected govertnor of Rivers State. 

Supreme Court will give reasons for the judgement at a later date.
