Buhari In Closed-Door Meeting With Cote D’Ivoire President

President Muhammadu Buhari on Monday welcomed visiting President Alassane Quattara of Cote D’Ivoire at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Quattara arrived the Presidential Villa at about 12.15 p.m today.

He was introduced to some cabinet ministers and presidential aides in Aso Rock, and immediately went in for a closed-door meeting with President Buhari.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the two presidents are meeting officially for the first time since the inauguration of President Buhari’s administration on May 29, 2015.

Quattara last visited Nigeria in April, 2015, where he met then President Goodluck Jonathan.
