Buhari Only Nigerian President Not Accused Of Corruption – Aide

President Muhammadu Buhari is the only Nigerian leader not accused of corruption, the president’s personal assistant on social media, Lauretta Onochie, says.

Onochie in a tweet on Saturday, shared an image featuring past leaders including President Buhari, with the inscription on the image read “Name one Nigerian leader not accused of corruption”.

“No one can argue this. Some may insult, abuse, or even clown, but no one can dispute this fact. #PMBRunAgain,” the post added.

Past leaders mentioned in the tweet include, Sani Abacha, Olusegun Obasanjo, Abdusalami Abubakar, Ibrahim Babangida and Goodluck Jonathan.

She however, excluded late Umaru Musa Yaradua, predecessor to ex-president Jonathan.

Onochie’s tweet comes days after former President Olusegun Obasanjo in an 18-page epistle accused President Buhari of nepotism and gross incompetence among other off-putting remarks.
