Buhari To Present 2018 Budget Nov. 7

President Muhammadu Buhari will present the 2018 Budget before a joint session of the National Assembly on Tuesday, November 8, 2017, The WHISTLER has learnt.

This was made known in a letter written by President Buhari and sent to the National Assembly, seeking to present the estimates of the 2018 Appropriation Bill at 2pm on Tuesday.

Yakubu Dogara, speaker of the house of representatives, read the letter at plenary on Thursday.

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) had last Thursday approved the draft of the budget.

The Minister of Budget and National Planning, Udoma Udo Udoma, had earlier promised that the 2018 Budget will be presented before the end of October.
