Common Entrance Exams Result: Ministry Of Education Gives Fake Website

Following the release of result of the just concluded 2017 National Common Entrance Examination, NCEE, into Federal Unity schools, the Ministry of Education announced that the results can be accessed via a given website.

However, checks by THE WHISTLER showed that the said website, http://www.fmeinterview.com, was non-existent as at the time of filing this report.

A statement by acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Dr Husseini Adamu had said the Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu gave approval to National Examination Council (NECO) “to release the result to the public for access in all the state ministries of education nationwide as well as NECO zonal offices.”

According to the statement, a total of 80,421 candidates registered, but only 77, 512 candidates actually sat for the examination.

While Lagos State had 24,816 candidates and was the highest, Kebbi State with 63 was the least, the statement added.
