Dino Releases New Video…‘Kogi Gov Going To Jail’

Senator Dino Melaye has asked Governor Yahaya Bello to prepare to go jail after finishing his tenure as governor of Kogi State.

Senator Dino, who is known for releasing comical videos to mock his political foes, has released yet another video targeted at Governor Bello.

The Senator, who represents Kogi West Senatorial District, suggested in the video that Bello will go to prison over his linkage as the arms supplier to some thugs that were arrested by police in the state.

The suspected thugs had reportedly confessed to receiving three guns and N430, 000 cash from Dino in advance for jobs they will execute for him during the 2019 elections.

Although Governor Bello has not come out to accuse Dino of being the sponsor of the arrested thugs, the Senator is suggesting that the governor is behind the whole controversy.

In the video posted on his Instagram page, Dino was seen chanting Bello’s name, saying the governor’s “venom” cannot harm him.

Singing in Yoruba and pidgin languages, the senator said: “But make I tell una o, do you know Yahaya Bello will go to jail after leaving power? I know Yahaya Bello will surely go to jail after leaving power.

“Do you know GYB (Governor Yahaya Bello) will go to jail after leaving power? We know GYB will surely go to jail after leaving power.

Dino continued, “You, Yahaya, what else do you have to say? Country people, make una come hear tori o! Say Dino carry money give thug say make e go buy gun. Tufiakwa!

“Them say Dino carry money, carry gun give thug say make them go dey prepare for 2019. Oloun maje!

“Them say me, meet them for airport road. Allah kiyaye.

“My brothers, the venom of a viper cannot do anything to the back of a tortoise. Omo Melaye ti lo, I don waka,” he added.
