FA Cup: United Through To Quarters

Manchester United are through to the Quarter-final of the FA Cup, after a comfortable victory over League One side Shrewsbury Town.

After back-to-back losses to Sunderland and Midtjylland, Louis Van Gaal’s men were brilliant on Monday night to ease the pressure off the Dutchman.

The Red Devils, overcame Shrewsbury Town 3-0, and were already through in the first half after Chris Smalling and a Juan Mata’s free-kick gave the visitor’s a half time advantage, as they were never threatened by the home-side, who appeared lacking in ambition for much of the match.
