FG Boasts As ‘3 Million Pupils’ Now Under Its School Feeding Programme

The Federal Government announced on Monday that its Homegrown School Feeding Programme now caters to almost three million Nigerian pupils.

The school feeding programme, according to government, now runs across fourteen states in the country.

The states were given as Anambra, Enugu, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ebonyi, Zamfara, Delta, Abia, Benue, Plateau, Bauchi, Taraba, and Kaduna.

The Federal Government said it has since May this year, “doubled the number of benefiting States, and almost tripled the number of benefiting pupils” in the school feeding programme.
