FIBA Ranking: D’Tigers Retain Top Spot

Nigeria senior men’s basketball team, D’Tigers have retained the number spot in the latest ranking by the International basketball Federation, FIBA, on Thursday.

The Nigerian side maintained their position at the summit despite to defend the 2017 FIBA Afrobasket title in Tunisia.

In the latest ranking, D’Tigers are closely followed by Senegal and Tunisia who are second and third respectively.

Egypt, Cote d’Ivoire, Morocco, Cameroon, Mali and Central African Republic make up the top 10 best basketball playing countries on the continent.
