Google CEO, Sundar Pichai Visits Nigeria (Photo)

The Chief Executive Officer of Google, Sundar Pichai is in Nigeria for the “Google For Nigeria” program.

The Google CEO, who visited Lagos State was welcomed by the Minister of Communication Adebayo Shittu.

The visit comes days after Pichai became the 13th member of Google parent company, Alphabet.

Google is responsible for roughly 90 percent of Alphabet’s overall revenue. And it reflects Alphabet’s confidence in Pichai, who took over as CEO of Google in 2015.

He earned a compensation package totaling $200 million in 2016 after working as an executive with Google since 2004.
