Guardiola, Salah Named EPL Manager, Player Of The Month

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola has been named Barclays Premier League Manager for the Month of November, after guiding his team to four consecutive victories last month and setting a new all-time EPL record by securing their 15th win of the season, after defeating Swansea on Wednesday.

Guardiola adds to his September and October accolades, as the Spaniard has also become the second coach in as many seasons to win three Barclays Manager of the Month awards in a row.

Man City beat Arsenal, Leicester City, Huddersfield Town and Southampton in November, helping the 46-year-old top a six-man shortlist including Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho, Arsene Wenger, Jurgen Klopp and Sean Dyche.

City have scored 52 times in 17 Premier League games and tops the English league with 11.

On the other hand BBC African player of the year, Mohamed Salah was also named as the ELP player of the month, for his brilliant run of form in November.

The 25-year-old became the first Egyptian Player of the month in the English top flight as he recorded seven goals in four November matches.

Salah scored twice in each of the victories against West Ham United, Southampton and Stoke City, and also netted in the 1-1 draw with Chelsea.
