Abia State Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, has said that all the roads currently being constructed by his administration in Aba would be completed this year.
Ikpeazu, who stated this while commissioning the Owerri Road by Okigwe and the Udeagbala Road rehabilitated by his government, added that a total of 47 roads were being handled simultaneously in various parts of the state.
He further said that full rehabilitation work would soon commence on the Ohanku, Ibere and Obohia roads, assuring that more roads would also be completed.
Stressing that he was in government to serve the people, Governor Ikpeazu, called on them to remain calm over the Appeal Court’s verdict against him.
He assured them that nobody could steal his mandate, but rather support his administration to succeed.
