James Corden To Host 2017 Grammy Awards

Host of “The Late Late Show” James Corden, will host the 59th Annual Grammy Awards, set to take place at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday Feb. 12, 2017.

The British actor and comedian is set to replace LL Cool J who hosted the Grammy Awards from 2011 to 2016.

Corden had been the host of “The Brits” from 2011 to 2014. He is also famous for his “Carpool Karaoke” segment, which has featured more than 20 stars and celebrities.

The segment which reportedly has more than 2 billion hits on YouTube, has featured some popular guests, including Adele, Michele Obama, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears, Stevie Wonder, Lady Gaga and Elton John.

Grammys executive producer Ken Ehrlich described Corden as a captivating host whose “musical background, personal charm, persona and comedic instincts will resonate with [the] audience.”

The Grammy nominees will be announced on December 6.
