Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court in Abuja, has thrown out the suit seeking disqualification President Muhammadu Buhari.

This is coming as the lawyer who filed the suit challenging the authenticity of President Buhari’s academic credentials Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe, a legal practitioner, on June 30, filed a motion in Abuja that sought discontinuance of the case.

Justice Ademola relied on section 50(2) of the federal high court civil procedure rules to strike out the case.

The judge had postponed the case indefinitely after President Muhammadu Buhari hired over 10 senior lawyers to his defense.
