Linda Ikeji Is Engaged, Sisters, Friends Congratulate Blogger

Popular Nigerian blogger, Linda Ifeoma Ikeji, is engaged, her sister Laura has confirmed.

Laura on Wednesday took to her Instagram page to congratulate the 34-year-old writer, who has been under pressure to get married.

Ikeji’s husband-to-be used to be her ex-boyfriend. He is said to have been outside the country for a while before moving back to Nigeria.

Following the engagement, family, friends, well-wishers have taken to social media to congratulate the blogger.

“Indeed God makes all things beautiful in his time. I rejoice and celebrate with you on your engagement Congratulations @officiallindaikeji” said Grace Ama

Nollywood actress, Toyin Aimakhu, wrote, “Congratulations to our very own Linda Ikeji for ticking one of the important boxes every woman has piled up on her list; as she got engaged to her heartthrob!

“@officiallindaikeji, I can’t wait to fill my tummy up with the rice o, so don’t keep us waiting too long. “We just can’t wait!”

Linda had in February dismissed rumours she got engaged by posting a photo of her ring finger saying: “Ring finger still bare. The pressure to marry…Lol. It will happen. It just hasn’t.”
