Liverpool Reject Fresh €125m Barcelona Offer For Coutinho, Insist Player Not For Sale

Liverpool football club have rejected a third bid from Barcelona for Philippe Coutinho.

The bid for the Brazilian was in the region of €125 million, according to Goal.

The 25-year-old submitted a transfer request last week, but the Reds immediately rebuffed the offer.

As with the previous bids of £72m and £90m, the Reds made clear their unwillingness to do business by refusing to consider the approaches as spelled out in a statement from Fenway Sports Group.

The Merseysiders insist, that the 25-year-old will “remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer window closes.”
