Microsoft To launch Lumia 650, A Windows 10 Powered Business Phone

Microsoft is launching a new windows 10 powered mobile phone today dubbed, The Lumia 650, which is targeted at its business-centric customer base is described as “the smart choice for your business” by Microsoft.

This follows the line of it’s earlier Lumia releases of Lumia 950, 950 XL and Lumia 550.

The new phone will feature a preinstalled Office and Onedrive. With a 5-inch AMOLED display and aluminium frame.

The Lumia 650 Will be packed with an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing wide-angle camera.

Microsoft is planning to release the Lumia 650 in select target markets in Europe on February 18th, priced at just $199 (Approximately N40,000 “at an official Dollar-Naira Exchange of $1=199). Reports have suggested this might be the “last Lumia” Microsoft will release this year, as Microsoft continues to refocus its mobile efforts.

Microsoft is rumored to be working on a “Surface Phone” that may become available later this year.
