Wife of President Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe, Grace Mugabe, has reportedly offered to present her 92-year-old husband’s corpse for re-election into office if he dies.
This was according to Zimbabwean news portal, 263chat, which quoted Grace as saying that those who want “President Mugabe to vacate the presidency must also leave with him.”
The First Lady made the statement at a campaign rally geared towards her ambition to become the country’s next president when Mugabe finally vacates office.

Mugabe, who had previously ruled Zimbabwe as Prime Minister from 1980 to 1987, has remained the country’s president since 1987.
