The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has insisted they will take “corrective measures” against forward Victor Moses following his decision to withdraw from the friendly game against Mali and Luxembourg.

This was according to a top NFF official who said the glass house is unhappy with the West Ham player’s attitude as he decides the invitations he honours.

The 25-year-old is set to miss the Mali and Luxembourg games citing ‘fitness concerns’ as the reason for his withdrawal.

“The leadership of the NFF is not happy with Victor Moses as he seems to be handpicking the invitations he will honour,” the source said.

“This is not the first time he’s withdrawing from games citing fitness concerns even when we’re not sure if he’s injured and we are considering taking corrective measures.”

According to a statement issued by the NFF communications department on Tuesday evening, of the six players to miss the Eagles friendly games, Moses appears to be the only one with no particular reason given for his withdrawal.
