It was learnt that the suspects were nabbed by the operatives, following an intelligence report, who combed several locations in Ondo, Ekiti and Niger States.

You will recall that the former SGF was kidnapped from his farm in Ondo State on the 21st of September, with his abductors demanding for a ransom of N100 million, which was later reduced to N90 million.

Following the kidnap, President Muhammadu Buhari had directed the IGP and other security agencies to take all necessary action to ensure that the former SGF was rescued from the abductors.
