‘Nigerians Have Now Seen The Deceit Of APC And Have Returned To PDP’ – Wike

Governor of Rivers states, Nyesom Wike, on Monday, said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will bounce back to power come 2019 as Nigerians have now seen the deceit of the All Progressive Congress APC-led government.

Speaking in Dutse, Jigawa state during the PDP membership mobilisation programme, Wike said that for tens of thousands to troop out for an opposition event, “it proves that there is no APC in Jigawa state”.

According to him, the events that unfolded in 2015 was an eye-opener to Nigerians and Nigerians have lost faith in APC.

“They have seen the truth and they are back to their original party. The false stories of 2015 will no longer be accepted and come 2019, PDP will bounce back to power.

“I am going back to the Niger Delta to tell the people that PDP is fully rooted in the north.”
