He has a €400m buyout clause.

“FC Barcelona and Borussia Dortmund have reached an agreement for the transfer of Ousmane Dembele for €105 million plus add-ons,” Barca said in a statement.

“The player will sign a five-year contract and his buy-out clause is set at 400 million euros.” The club added.

The France international will arrive in Barcelona on Sunday, before undergoing a medical on Monday morning and being officially presented to fans at the Camp Nou.

The winger, who cost Dortmund just €15 million from Rennes last year, has been prolific for the German side, earning him a call-up to the French national team. He scored six goals and picked up 13 assists in his one season playing in the Bundesliga.

The France international had made clear his desire to join Ernesto Valverde’s side boycotting training on August 10, in protest after the German club rejected the Catalonia club’s first bid, resulting in him being indefinitely suspended by Dortmund.
