American rapper Kanye Omari West popularly known as Kanye West has said phones are tools, not an obligation.

The American rapper has taken to his Instagram page to enlighten people on how to use their cell-phones
West said many people abuse their phones because they don’t know how to use it.
He further compared phones and hammer saying would you work around with a hammer.
