Brazilian legend, Ronaldo has hailed Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford, saying the youngster reminds him of himself.
The two-time World Cup winner, who is considered as one of the greatest footballers of all-time compared the 19-year-old’s style of play to his, adding that he has been impressed by what he has seen so far.
He is also optimistic that the striker will become a great player in the future.
“He’s a very good young player. I see some of myself in him for sure – he has courage and he’s fast and is very good with the ball,” Ronaldo told SunSport.
‘I think for the strikers they have to be hungry to score and I see that with him. He has an amazing future.”
Since making his debut for United in February, Rashford has scored seven goals for the Red Devils in all competition, taking his side to the FA Cup final.
