RCCG Urges Fervent Prayers For Kogi After Director Committed Suicide Over Unpaid Salary

The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) has called on the people of Kogi to pray against every Satanic formation in the State.

The call came after a 54-year-old Civil Service Director in the state, Edward Soje, committed suicide over alleged unpaid 11 months salary.

RCCG’s Reverend Bayo Adelaja, who made the call in Lokoja, said there was need for the people of the state to embark on intense prayers to bring an end to evil happenings in the state.

In his sermon titled “God’s hand on the city,’ Reverend Bayo urged Christians in the state to embark on the prayers especially during the ember period to forestall unpleasant issues surrounding the state.

He condoled with the families of Mr Soje, a Grade Level 16 Officer, whose wife was delivered of a set of male triplets 10 days before his death.
