The former state secretary of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Tope Aluko, has reconciled with the Ekiti State Governor, Ayodele Fayose.

Recall that Aluko, while speaking during a TV interview, alleged that former President Goodluck Jonathan and Fayose had rigged the 2014 governorship election in the state.

The allegations had led to a feud between him (Aluko) and the Ekiti state governor, with the internet agog with news of his accusation.

Speaking to journalists after a closed-door peace talk, held by the pair on Sunday night, Fayose said “I’m the father of all. For whatever that happened, I’m the father and I should accommodate everybody.

“Even if he has said anything, Aluko remains my boy, my son.

On his own part, Aluko who affirmed that all is now well between him and the Governor, said: “There is peace. This is about peace.”
