This, the EFCC told Justice Muslim Hassan of the Federal High Court sitting in Ikoyi.

It would be recalled that the anti-graft agency had found the said sums at the property situated at Flat 7B, 13, Osbourne Road, Osbourne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos State.

The EFCC said Mrs Folasade paid for the penthouse between August and September 2015 through a company called Choba Ventures Limited.

It backed its claim with a receipt of payment to Choba Ventures Limited issued by Fine & Country Limited.
