Dr. Ibe Kachikwu Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, has assured Nigerians that the fuel scarcity being witnessed in parts of the country will end within 48 hours. The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has directed residents of Anambra state to boycott Saturday’s governorship election.
