After nearly two hours delay due to technical problems, the Carabao Cup quarter-final draw have been made. The draw which was expected to be made at 4pm Thursday, was shifted to about 6pm, denying fans attempt to broadcast on Twitter. Claude Puel has been named the new manager of Leicester and the former Southampton boss has agreed a contract which runs until 2020.
