According to the company, when a phone contact earns a green badge beside it, then it is a business account. WhatsApp Hits 1 Billion Daily Active Users

WhatsApp announced on Thursday that it now has 1 billion daily active users on its service. The Facebook-owned company also said its monthly active user base increased from 1 billion to 1.3 billion.
