Twin Explosions Rocks Maiduguri, 10 Feared Dead
Barely 48 hours after explosion rocked Madagali in Adamawa state, twin explosions has left about 10 people dead in Maiduguri, the Borno State capital.
A member of the Civilian-JTF, was quoted as saying that it was a suicide attack, stressing that they were still working to ascertain the number of the dead.
Alhaji Danbatta told journalists on phone; “It was a suicide bomb attack, we are trying to ascertain the actual number of those injured in the hospital now.”

The two blasts occurred in quick succession at about 8:48 a.m.
The police spokesperson, Victor Isuku, confirmed the blasts which he said was near Old NEPA office not far from Monday market.
