Chris Danjuma’s girls are now second in Group D.

In the other group D game player earlier today, three-time champion Germany thrashed China 2 – 0 to continue their dominance at the top of the table.

Nigeria’s final Group match is against China at the Lehon’s Stade de Clos Gastel stadium on Monday, 13th August.

Nigeria and China are on the same point, but the Falconets will need to get a win or draw to avoid early exit for the glory seeking girls.
