UNIPORT Students Protest Over New Fees Policy
Students of the University of Port Harcourt, in the early hours of Monday, staged a protest against the hike in tuition.
The aggrieved students, who said they are against the school’s new policy of ‘no fee, no examination’, also protested the alleged maltreatment by the authorities of the school.
The students were said to have blocked the East-West road axis of Port Harcourt, in the peaceful protest.
