Recall that it was widely reported that a Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State ordered the National Assembly to immediately commence impeachment process against President Buhari.

Justice Maurice Onyetenu’s order followed a suit filed by Kanmi Ajibola and Sulaiman Adeniyi, both lawyers.

The lawyers had headed to the court after the National Assembly failed to grant their request to impeach the president following a letter they had written to the assembly.

The duo had cited alleged constitutional breaches by Buhari, hence the need for him to be impeached by the upper and lower chambers.

But in response to a question asked by newsmen, the minister said: I’m just hearing from you.

“So, I will need to read it first time myself before I can make any comment.

“I didn’t hear.”
