Strike Action Forces British Airways To Offer Limited Catering Services To Customers

The  British Airways has said that there will be limited catering services on its  BA83 flight to Nnamdi Azikiwe International on 19 Aug 2019.

According to a document by its customers service department which was seen by THE WHISTLER, the airline said the development is as  a result of  an industrial action by its catering company.

“We would like to inform you that due to industrial action by the catering company in both Abuja and Lagos, we will only be able to offer you limited catering on your flight as we need to load the aircraft with return catering. 

The document further noted that customers will not have the privilege to duty-free which is supposed to give them access to purchase from our the highlife shop. 
“If you are a First, Business class, our eligible executive club member you will be able to use the lounge facilities at Terminal 5,” The airways added.
