SuperSport To Broadcast Yobo’s Testimonial Match Live

Africa’s top television sports channels, SuperSport announced on Tuesday that it will broadcast the Joseph Yobo Testimonial and Centenary match live on two of its premium channels.
According to the company, the channels to air Yobo’s record 100 appearances for Nigeria are SuperSport 9 (209) and SuperSport 3 (223), adding that they will be broadcast across Africa in full HD.
“At SuperSport, we take pride in our unwavering support of African talent and there are few talents more deserving of recognition than Joseph Yobo,” Felix Awogu, SuperSport Nigeria General Manager said.

“We are proud to be part of this celebration of one of the greatest players this country has ever produced and that is why we have this game on two of our premium channels, and also in full HD.”
The testimonial game is slated for Saturday May 28, at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, by 4PM Nigerian time.
A host of foreign and international stars who are expected to participate at the event includes John Terry, Samuel Eto’o , David Moyes, Austin Okocha, Nwankwo Kanu, Vincent Enyeama, Yakubu Ayegbeni, Mikel Obi and Ahmed Musa.
