Robert Clarke (SAN), represented the APC while Mike Ozekhome (SAN), represented the Kabiru Marafa faction of the APC.

Taminu Inuwa represented INEC and 178 respondents.

But the panel said that the 141 to 178 respondents were not served as there was no proof that they were served in its records.

Clarke then prayed the court to adjourn to Tuesday March 3, to enable him serve the remaining respondents.

Mike Ozekhome told the court that they had gone to the offices of the counsel representing the respondents.

But the penal said that parties deserved to be personally served.

But the CJN said “If they are not here or represented, the court cannot continue with the application.

“Go and do the right thing and come back and tell us what the true position should be,” Tanko said.

Clerk further asked the judge if there would be consequences if he withdrew the application of the 141 to 178 respondents.

But CJN said it was not his business but added that he could only adjourn the review to March 10.

But Kabiru Marafa’s counsel, Mike(SAN) asked the court to add four more days as he would travel abroad for medical treatment.

The CJN then adjourned till March 17.
